NO. 5/9 OF MY FAVORITE IMAGES FROM 2023

It's approaching the end of 2023 when I get it in my head that I need to spend more time in the Netherlands' capital city (if I gotta spell out what city that is then perhaps this print is not for you). It took much wandering and gandering at the iconic canals for me to finally realize the beauty of the iconic boats that meander the peaceful waters. While not necessarily impressive from afar, a peek from up close made me realize the unique spectrum of colors that makes up these magnificent machines.

If those aren't the most pretentious sentences ever written about some tour boats then I don't know what else to tell you. In all honesty though, the message I try to convey is that beauty can be found in the smallest things. As long as you know where to look for them.

About the paper

Hahnemühle has been making papers since 1584 and is known for its high quality standard. Photo Rag is a 308 g/m² white cotton paper with a soft feel and lightly textured matte surface, giving prints rich colour, deep blacks and fine detail. It is acid- and lignin-free and highly resistant to ageing. Specifications: 92.5% whiteness, Dmax 1.82, matte gloss level, lightly textured surface, optical brighteners, and 100% cotton composition.

Shipping and fulfilment

Prints are made to order, so please allow approximately one to two weeks for production and delivery. Limited-edition prints may take slightly longer because they are signed before shipping. Shipping costs vary by destination and are kept as low as practical worldwide.
